Compliance Details
Unauthorized Practice of Law Prevention
AI tools at WelleSpace are used solely to assist licensed attorneys, never to independently provide legal advice. All AI outputs—including document drafts, summaries, and analysis—are reviewed and approved by a licensed attorney before being provided to clients. Clients are clearly informed that AI is a tool, not their attorney.
Data Security Measures
We employ enterprise-grade security including: AES-256 encryption for data at rest and in transit, multi-factor authentication, SOC 2 compliant service providers, regular security audits, and incident response procedures. Client data is never used to train AI models without explicit consent.
Mediation Confidentiality
All mediation communications are privileged under applicable state mediation confidentiality statutes. We clearly disclose the scope and limits of confidentiality, including mandatory reporting requirements for child abuse, elder abuse, or threats of imminent harm.
Informed Consent
Before engaging services, clients receive clear written disclosures about: the nature of services provided, AI tool usage, confidentiality scope and limits, fee structures, and their rights. Consent is obtained for AI use and session recording (when applicable).
